iServe Live, owned by DynamiQ App Studio, offers a subscription-based service. We charge a monthly fee for our services. The fee is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

iServe Live, owned by DynamiQ App Studio, offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on our subscription-based services. If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, and you notify us within 15 days of the subscription purchase, we will issue a full refund.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@dynamiq.app. Provide your account details and the reason for your dissatisfaction. Our team will review your request and process the refund within 7-10 business days.

Automatic Renewals

If you choose to cancel your subscription, please do so before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges. Refunds cannot be provided for charges that occur after the renewal date.
